This year's technical seminar will feature some new speakers which include the EPA, PA DEP, and the National Energy Technology Lab covering issues such as the impacts of reusing produced water, UIC wells, and the latest updates on issues the various departments are working on. Receive practical tips for responding to NOVs and how to limit legal and civil penalty exposure to investigations that identify potential violations.
